Ghana’s Prince Tagoe scores for TSG Hoffenheim

Ghana striker Prince Tagoe scored for his German side TSG Hoffenheim as they defeated Premier League side Sunderland 3-1 in an international friendly.

Jordan Henderson was on target for the Sunderland against Hoffenheim with a free-kick which he curled into the top corner via an upright in the 65th minute.

By then, though, the Black Cats, who start their Premier League campaign at home to Birmingham on Saturday, were two goals down, with Croatian defender Josep Simunic scoring a brace.He opened the scoring in the 7th minute and added another goal in the 29th. Prince Tagoe, who played for Ghana at the 2010 FIFA World Cup™, added a third for the Bundesliga side just a minute after Henderson’s goal, slotting home from close range.
