Goran stevanovic appears to have a plan here. In an interesting twist to the Black Stars story, the Serbian coach has issued a rather fascinating warning to his players – No more call ups for inactive players.

This call is such a brave shift in principle from what pertained previously when players somewhat found themselves in Black Stars squad-lists in spite of their match fitness. For far too long, players with no record of playing football anywhere in the world have used the Black Stars as a springboard to revive their still-born careers.
